On-board crew and team leaders for the UK’s most luxurious train

The Northern Belle Train built by and formerly owned by (VSOE) Orient Express is one of the UK’s most luxurious fine dining trains. Throughout December we run fourteen festive lunch journeys from many UK departure points and involve some overnight stays.

We are looking to further strengthen our team and appoint the following, initially for the period of December with the possibility of full time employment thereafter.

Team Leaders

Excellent Package

The position would be to manage the on-board team of waiters / waitresses assuming the role of guest host, experience in restaurant / hotel management or senior position, aircraft service, train or cruise liner is essential. The Northern Belle is a high-end luxury train and would suit people with good face to face skills, with a knowledge of food and beverage make up and dispensing.

Excellent Package

Experience in waiting on at one of the better establishments the position involves a high level of proven service and a thorough knowledge of the process is important. You will be the point of contact for all guests serving food and drink in the most professional manner.

The train is based on the West Coast main line at Carnforth, and would suit applicants with access to the depot either by car or train.
